Rubbia is an experienced clinical research professional with over eight years of management experience in clinical operations and a strong foundation in public health and medicine. With a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and an M.B.B.S. from Khyber Medical College, Rubbia brings a rare blend of clinical insight, research expertise, and operational leadership.

Currently serving as Director of Clinical Operations, Rubbia leads a multidisciplinary team supporting the successful execution of ophthalmology clinical trials. This role includes oversight of trial operations and collaboration with scientific teams on the interpretation of ophthalmic imaging data.
