Farhana is a healthcare operations leader with a passion for building scalable systems and advancing strategic growth in clinical research organizations. As Executive Director of Business Development and Operations at the Ocular Imaging Research & Reading Center (OIRRC), she brings a unique blend of organizational leadership, process optimization, and strategic planning to support OIRRC’s expanding global footprint.

Farhana’s role encompasses oversight of business operations, cross-functional team management, and integration of new talent and capabilities through strategic initiatives, including M&A-driven transitions. She previously held leadership roles at Children’s Health System of Texas and Texas Health Resources, where she led complex initiatives focused on clinical operations, employee engagement, and systems transformation.

She holds a Master of Science in Health Administration from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Science, Technology, and Culture from Georgia Tech, both earned with honors. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt, Farhana applies data-driven methods and innovative systems to enhance team performance, service delivery, and long-term impact.
